For UK electricians

Websites for electricians.

People hiring an electrician want to know two things fast: that you are registered, and that you do the job they need. A good website answers both before they have finished scrolling.

Landlord EICR Certificates in Your Town | Your Business

Electrical installation condition reports for landlords and letting agents. Registered electrician, clear reports, quick turnaround.

An example of the goal: a page for the job, matched to the search.

What an electrician's website needs.

Electrical work is bought on trust and on detail. These five things cover both.

  1. Registration up front

Your NICEIC, NAPIT or other scheme registration where people see it straight away, so you are not one more unknown name in the results.

  2. A clear page for landlords

In England, private landlords need an EICR at least every five years. A page written for them, about certificates and turnaround, brings in steady, repeat work.

  3. A page per job type

Rewires, consumer units, EV chargers, fault finding and lighting each get a page, so someone searching for one job lands on the page about it.

  4. A quote form that asks the right questions

Property type, number of bedrooms and what needs doing. You get enough to price the job without three rounds of messages first.

  5. Photos of your own work

Tidy consumer units and finished installs from your own jobs. Real photos tell a customer more than any stock image ever will.

What your customers type into Google.

These are the kinds of searches people make when they need electricians. Your site is built so each page matches the way people actually search. Where it says your town, picture the places you cover.

  • electrician near me
  • EICR certificate your town
  • landlord electrical certificate
  • house rewire cost
  • consumer unit replacement
  • EV charger installation your town
  • emergency electrician
  • fuse box keeps tripping

Which package suits you

Pro, or Max if you want every service on its own page.

Pro covers the core pages most electricians need. Max gives you ten, so EICRs, rewires, EV chargers and consumer units can each be found separately.

Pro and Max also include your first month of my business management app free.

Questions people ask.

Can you show my NICEIC or NAPIT registration?

Yes. I add the schemes you are registered with and link to your entry on the scheme's own site where one exists, so people can check it for themselves. Nothing goes on that you don't hold.

Is a separate page for landlords worth it?

If you do EICRs, usually yes. Landlords and letting agents search differently from homeowners, and a page written for them, covering certificates, timings and how you work with tenants, speaks to them directly.

Can customers send photos with a quote request?

Yes. The enquiry form can take photos, so you can see the fuse board or the problem before you reply. It saves wasted visits.
